Working with the Queen of The Scene is definitely a breath of fresh air. We deal with a ton of promoters and none can pull a crowd/following like Queen and none of them are as pleasant to work with as well! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

"Queen of the scene" is just that! Very influential in the independent artist, music community. We are expecting many great things to keep coming for her... There is no stopping the revolution now!

Queen of the Scene OWNS IT!

"In a tough Florida market, Queen of the Scene helped us market our music, organized our CD Release Party and helped us gain the exposure we needed to become "Best Band in Broward" as voted by the New Times in 2009"

Quote "Queen of the Scene is THE SHIT" end quote.

Queen of the Scene is the "go-to goddess" for all things related to music, art and entertainment. We have worked together on various projects for City Link Magazine Metromix.com, Taco Bell, Redawn TV and Underlab Studios. She is a pleasure to work with, a positive team player, the ultimate coordinator, and optimal promoter. Anything entrusted into her golden hands will be a sure-fire success. I continue to work with her on various endeavors.

It's about time a Hard Rockin Momma came onto the scene with some positive vibrations for all and some thoughtful insight into propelling our music scene, that is about to explode right outta it's tropical birthgrounds

In a local music region where bands constantly seem to be in competition against each other to play shows run by promoters only looking for a quick buck; Queen Of The Scene has spent over 10 years as the "breath of fresh air".
With an open mind for different types of music, constant flyering, and elaborate sections on her website introducing local bands to the public; Queen has helped bring the scene together as a tight-knit community.
I have performed at quite a few events that Queen has either run or helped run. Her professionalism and passion for music have directly resulted in some of the most enjoyable shows I have ever taken a part in or attended.

"Whether you are a band, artist, or just a live music connoisseur in SoFL, QueenoftheScene.net is your one-stop resource for all things indie, local, and musical"
Albert Damian- The Coffee House Gypsies

"Working with Queen of the scene has helped us tremendously to get a following going for our band, she has connections with some of the best venues from Miami to West palm. I would recommend to any band who is serious about playing in the south florida area and to any music lover looking for a good show to check out Queen of the scene's page"
Howard Garrao(Hyllus)

"Queen of the Scene has really gotten our name out there in the south florida scene". "If it wasn't for queen locals would be saying fate WHO?"

I personally never did a show with Queen of the Scene. Me and my crew have our own promo and booking company called A-Ha! Events but being deep in the scene I see what she does and I give her super props for everything she has done. I would say she single handedly saved the metal scene in Miami, FL because it was struggling there for a while. She also gives brand spanking new bands an opportunity which most promoters don't do, and she shows everybody love so we show her love back..

We have been working with The Queen of The Scene for about two years. She has been doing more for local bands than anyone else in South Florida in the last 10 years. We have played in places that I never thought would consider original music. It is about time someone helped give the recognition to the huge amount of talent in South Florida. It is like having our own private booking agent

I remember my first time going to a local show. It was at The Chilli Pepper down in Coconut Grove. At 17 years old I was excited and eager to see what the big deal was about watching this band that was playing that night (Endo and the Groovenics.) Unfortunately, that night I left early since my date was being weird about the whole situation. But I knew that from then on, I would enjoy going to local shows as a pastime on the weekends. Only problem was, I didn't know how I was going to find out any info about the shows or bands to follow. I didn't want to be clueless.
I then found the Queen's website through I believe either 26 Gauge's site (or was it Idol minds?) (the original queenofthescene.com-back when the format was pink/green and purple.) It was a very informative local music website, which provided links to all the local bands' proper websites, interviews (either written by the Queen herself or her minion "Vader" (whatever happened to him?)), and forums where people could share their thoughts/feelings about what was going on within the local scene. I frequently read the forums, gave a few opinions myself (sometimes I was the topic of gossip-luckily that's not the case anymore) and kept up on show venues/info.
10 years later, I unfortunately have not been as active in attending shows and promoting for bands, as I feel I no longer fit in with the scene now. But the Queen has never lost faith. In a time where many of the "kids" from back then (now we're all adults, I assume) are no longer as united as we once were, the Queen has always been supportive of SoFla's music scene and local artists. She has never given up, and has gone above and beyond to keep providing a "scene" for us all to enjoy. She has kept running her site, put on so many shows and has remained completely selfless throughout so many years (I want to say maybe more than 15?)
So to the Queen of the Scene...Keep on rockin'. Maybe someday I'll go back to being one of the scenesters people loved to hate...

I remember QueenoftheScene from back in the days of Cheers (Miami). Always involved somehow with the local music scene, always in the know, and still is! Her website was invaluable for local musicians during the dawn of the internet and it pleases me to see her continue being a part of the local scene and finding ways to improve it and help out the upcoming acts and established ones. We're very grateful to have been part of both KryptFests so far. Rock on!

" The Queen Of The Scene really is "The Queen" of the music scene in South Florida... Her passion and dedication is what's making the music scene strive and succeed in ways it couldn't be possible without her... So thank you for all your hard work and commitment, I only hope one day we can repay the favor!"
